System and import

How the emails are built, and how they get into GoHighLevel

One 600-pixel table layout. Every template is a full HTML document with inline styles, hosted images and GoHighLevel merge fields already in place.

Import into GoHighLevel

emailmarketing.com runs on GoHighLevel. The code editor is the reliable path; the drag-and-drop builder will not reproduce this layout.

  1. Copy the HTML. On the Templates page, pick an email and press Copy HTML for GoHighLevel. Or download the .html file.

  2. Create a blank code template. In GoHighLevel go to Marketing → Emails → Templates → + New → Blank Template, then choose Code Editor (not Design Editor).

  3. Paste and save. Select any default markup, paste, and save the template with the week number in its name, for example ITS Wk 03 Net Carb School.

  4. Set subject and preview text. Both are listed on each template. The preview text is also embedded as hidden preheader copy, so the two should match.

  5. Check the unsubscribe setup. The footer uses {{unsubscribe}}, which GoHighLevel converts to a link on send. If the default footer unsubscribe is also on under Settings → Business Profile, two links appear. Turn one off.

The welcome email’s “Click here” joke points at {{unsubscribe_link}}, the EMAIL custom value for the raw URL. Confirm that token name from the editor’s Custom Values menu and swap it if your account names it differently.

  6. Images. Every image is served from https://its-an-email-program.geletkaplus.com. That works for live sends as long as this site stays up. For a permanent home, upload the assets/img and assets/logo folders from the zip to the GoHighLevel Media Library and replace the URLs.

  7. Send a test. Gmail web, Outlook desktop, iPhone Mail. Montserrat loads in Apple Mail and iOS; Gmail and Outlook fall back to Arial by design.

  8. Search for TKTK. The footer’s legal line and the starter shells carry [TKTK: …] markers. Nothing sends with one left in.

Merge fields used

Color

Pulled from eatsimple.com’s stylesheet and the logo. Click a swatch to copy its hex.

Type

The site runs District Pro and League Gothic through Adobe Fonts, which email clients cannot load. The brief names Montserrat as the brand’s secondary face, so it carries the emails.

Montserrat 700 · labels · 11px · 1.5px tracking Montserrat 900 · headlines · 34px / 38px · 28px on phone Montserrat 400 · body · 16px / 26px. Falls back to Arial in Gmail and Outlook, which keeps the line lengths close enough that nothing reflows badly.
